Where are you based?

We’re happily based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Europe).

How does shipping work?

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.  There is a possibility of a tracking number. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way.

Our politic about delayed delivery is that after 6 weeks of shipment and if the item has not arrived then we will refund the funds of the purchase. Our procedure of solving disputes is only valid if the item is not received and there is a proof of that then we will refund the funds to the customer.

We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

We do not ship to a post box or until the item is requested.

Our Virtual products and services – When I will be able to receive my eBooks with Master resell rights or when my translation service will be ready ?

Immediately! Once you provide your email address during a phone call then we will send you a confirmation email with your product!

If it’s a translation service – then we need a bit more time but you’ll receive your documents/texts/articles  the same day or no later than the next day.

What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us right away and we’ll help you through the process – we’ll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back and we will refund you or replace the item. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer. We also accept credit or debit card payments through a virtual POS bank system and the refunds will be completed in usually 2 – 3 business days to the same card or account.

A: – Yes, before the payment and the delivery.

Q: Is it possible to return a wrong stock?

A: – Yes. Client will be refunded or the item changed. Contact us in this case and we will sort it out in three business days.
